Charlie, a.k.a "The Termite" is a young Golden Retriever / Black Lab mix. She is a 2004 graduate of PetSmart University with a degree in sitting. Charlie is the Chief Morale Officer and always ensures her employees are smiling. Her hobbies include carpentry, landscaping and running. She never met a piece of molding or mulch she didn’t like.

Patches, a.k.a "Wild Child" is a Brittany pup. She is the newest mascot, recruited for her speed and agility. She hails from a small private school known for producing exceptional athletes. She serves as Charlie's personal trainer.

Margie, a.k.a "Big Mama" is the disciplinarian of the group. Marge keeps everyone in line with a soft meow and a swift swipe of the paw. Margie’s interests include tuna and paper products. She is not fond of dogs but does tolerate them when necessary.

Max, 4/1/1997 - 10/2/2006
Sadly Max succumbed to kidney disease at the age of 9. We miss his friendly purr in the 4 Tails' office. He could often be found sunbathing on the window sill or protecting us from crickets. We rescued him from a shelter at age 3 and this was his third - and we hope - his best home. Though his time with us was short, his spirit lives on and we were lucky to have him.
